Ingredients
Filling
- 4-5 potato cubed into 1.5 cm (½ inch) pieces, medium
- ½ tbsp ginger freshly grated
- ¾ tbsp olive oil garlic infused
- ½ tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- ¾ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp chaat masala optional and only if it doesn’t contain high fodmap ingredients
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Coriander fresh leaves
- salt to taste
Pastry
- 125 gms Healthy Baker lofo flour 1 cup
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ¾ tsp salt
- 80 ml water to add little by little as required, 1/3 cup, lukewarm
