- 150 gms – 10 tbsp a little over ½ cup lactose-free yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 110 gms cucumber grated and squeezed/drained
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ tbsp olive oil garlic infused
- 2 tbsp mint chopped
- ½ tbsp dill chopped
