Macadella – a Low Fodmap version of Nutella, made with macadamia nuts instead of the more traditional hazelnuts.

Ingredients
- 100 gms dark chocolate chopped, 3.5 oz
- 100 gms macadamia nuts toasted and cooled, 3.5 oz
- 100 gms brown sugar 3.5 oz
- 120 ml milk ½ cup, lactose-free
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil I use sunflower oil
- 10 gms unsweetened cocoa powder sifted, 1 ½ tbsp
- 2 gms lecithin granules optional, 1/3 tbsp
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Notes
- Macadella keeps well in the fridge for 3 to 4 weeks, but it won’t last that long!
