Mandarin Juice without a Juicer

Fresh citrus juice with mandarins prepared without any special devices. The juice is clear and the freshest that you will ever taste.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 3-4 mandarins fresh
  • cup water
  • sugar optional to taste (I don't add this)
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions

  1. Peel your mandarins, remove the pith as good as possible and collect them in a bowl.
  2. Place entire mandarins into a blender jar and add water and sugar if you want it sweetened.
  3. Blend for 1–2 minutes, or until it's properly blended.
  4. Place a fine sieve over a bowl and pour the juice through the sieve to collect it in the bowl. Press the juice a bit out with the spoon.
  5. Pour the juice into a glass with ice cubes or crushed ice (you can skip the ice too).
