- 1 cup Mango cubes (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup pineapple cubes (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup orange juice
- ½ cup ice (omit if both fruits are frozen)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Optional:
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar maple syrup or honey
