Mango Pineapple Smoothie (Creamy!)

This sweet & creamy tropical smoothie features banana, mango, orange, and pineapple. It's delightfully refreshing and easy to customize!

Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe banana (frozen if possible)
- 1 cup Mango (I use frozen)
- 1 cup pineapple (I use frozen)
- 3/4 cup dairy-free milk
- 3/4 cup fresh orange juice*
- 1-2 tsp. ginger, freshly grated (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust flavors if desired. (Add vanilla extract, or agave or maple syrup to sweeten it further.)
Notes
- *Orange juice: Use either store-bought or freshly squeezed from about 3 oranges. Add less liquid for a thicker smoothie.
- Fresh vs. frozen: Using frozen fruit results in a colder, thicker smoothie.
- Banana-free: Substitute vegan yogurt instead.
- Matcha: Add 1 tsp. good-quality organic matcha powder. Any grade of matcha will work with this recipe (ceremonial, latte, or culinary).
- Other additions: Ground turmeric, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, peaches, agave/maple syrup for sweeter flavor, strawberries, or kiwi.
- Yield: Recipe makes about 3 heaping cups smoothie.
