Description
The Maple Apple Whisky Sour combines 50 ml of whisky with 240 ml of apple juice, 1 tablespoon each of lime juice and maple syrup, and fresh thyme sprigs. The ingredients are mixed together and allowed to infuse for five minutes, blending the maple sweetness and herbal aroma into the apple and citrus elements. This mixture is poured over ice in two glasses, then garnished with slices of apple and lime alongside thyme sprigs to enhance the presentation and flavor.

Ingredients
- 50 ml whisky I used Johnnie Walker® Red Label® Blended Scotch Whisky, 0.2 cup
- 240 ml apple juice 1 cup
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 thyme sprigs
- ice
- apple lime slices and extra thyme sprigs, slices, for garnish
Instructions
- Mix the whisky, apple juice, lime juice and maple syrup in a jug.
- Then add in the thyme and let infuse for 5 mins.
- Fill 2 glasses with some ice and pour in the maple apple whisky sour.
- Garnish with extra apple slices, lime slices and thyme springs before serving.
