Maple Dipping Sauce for Sweet Potato Fries

Creamy, sweet and delicious, this easy maple dipping sauce with toasted pecans is the perfect condiment for crispy sweet potato fries.

Ingredients

  • ½ ounce pecans halves or pieces (about 2 tablespoons
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup pure
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Add pecans to a small cast iron or nonstick pan and toast on medium heat until fragrant (about 6 minutes). Remove from the heat.
  2. Transfer the pecans to a cutting board and chop very finely.
  3. Add chopped pecans, maple syrup and mayonnaise to a bowl and whisk together until smooth.

Notes

  • *Be sure to use real maple syrup for this recipe, not any imitations.
  • Storage Instructions: Store the sauce in an airtight container in the fridge.
