These Maple Roasted Pecans are a wonderful little snack to eat alone or add to a yogurt parfait or oatmeal.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups raw pecans halves
- 2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a bowl, mix the maple syrup and vanilla together.
- Pour the nuts into the mixture and stir to coat thoroughly
- Spread them out onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Let cool for 10 minutes
