Marsala Ice Cream
- 225 gms marsala wine 1 cup
- 8 egg yolk
- 8 tbsp sugar
- 125 gms heavy cream
Pumpkin Sauce
- 200 gms pumpkin cleaned and roughly chopped, 7 oz
- 130 gms sugar divided, 2/3 cup
- 500 ml water
- 50 ml milk ¼ cup
- 4 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- amaretti cookies to decorate
