Ingredients

Servings
  • 2 peach large, ripe, peeled and stoned
  • 1/2 tsp matcha green tea powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger minced
  • 240 ml almond milk 1 cup
  • 1 banana peeled
  • maple syrup optional, or other sweetener; to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together and serve.

Notes

  • You can use tinned peaches instead. Feel to use half coconut yoghurt and half water instead. Add more matcha if you want a stronger taste.
