Medical Medium salad dressings part 1: citrus basics

Quick and easy to make dressings based on citrus juice. Oil, fat and ferment free. With green herbs, spices, garlic or chili peppers.

- 1 lemon
- ½ orange
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic

- ¼ handful thyme, oregano, rosemary or sage
- 1 handful tarragon
- ½ handful chives
- 1 to 2 tbsp raw honey

- 1 to 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 to 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic
- 1 to 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1 to 2 tbsp raw honey

- ½ to 2 teaspoons fennel seed preferably freshly ground

Instructions
- Juice the fruit. Make sure you separate the seeds.
- Add the honey or maple syrup. Whisk.
- Press the garlic, cut the herbs, grind the seeds. Whisk or blend.
