Ingredients
- 2 c unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 c white whole wheat flour* (or all purpose flour)
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 2 tsp dried)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp mustard (your favorite version)
- 12 oz Ale-style beer

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- In a large bowl mix flours, baking powder, dill, sugar, and salt.
- Add mustard and beer and mix until just combined.
- Pour batter immediately into a greased 8 inch loaf pan.
- Bake 45 min, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 min before removing bread from the pan to cool completely on a wire rack.
