  • 4 lices bread (use any bread suitable for toasting. Gluten-free, paleo and keto-friendly toast bread will work too).
  • 2 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened

Instructions

  1. Spread the butter on one side of each piece of bread then arrange the bread on the air fryer basket, with the buttered side facing down.
  2. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for four minutes, flip, and air fry for a further 3 minutes (the time will depend on how you prefer your toast and how thick or thin they are sliced - see recipe notes below). Once the time is over, remove the basket from the air fryer.
  3. Serve your air fryer toast with jam, butter, grilled cheese, honey, or your favorite toppings!

Notes

  • No preheating or greasing required in the air fryer for this recipe.
  • Use softened butter or margarine for easier spreading and better coverage.
