Ingredients

- Soup Maker
Healthy Teriyaki Sauce Ingredients:
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 Tsp ginger
- 8 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tsp Chinese five spice
- 1 small potato
- 2 Fresh pineapple slices

Instructions
- Peel and dice the potato, ginger, and garlic. Cut your pineapple into cubes.
- Place everything into the soup maker.
- Cook for 20 minutes on the smooth soup setting.
- Allow to cool and then serve.
Notes
- Seasonings. Avoid adding salt and pepper. You have enough flavour from the Chinese five spice and soy sauce gives you the salt.
- Timings. My soup maker has a preset of 30 minutes for a smooth soup. I just stop it after 20 minutes because it is fully cooked by this point.
