Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- ⅓ cup olive oil
Instructions
- Add the nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar, garlic clove, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and slowly add olive oil to the running blend (on a low setting).
- Season with additional salt and pepper as desired.
