- 4 lices Thick of Bread your favorite kind
- 8 Strips of Guava Paste sliced thinly*
- 8 Strips of Parma Ham or prosciutto
- goat cheese
- 1 pear sliced thinly
- A Handful of watercress
- salt Pepper
- honey for drizzling
Instructions
- Spread the goat cheese on top of the bread
- Add the ham, watercress, guava and pear
- Sprinkle some salt, pepper and honey if desired
- Enjoy!

- *You may substitute the guava paste with any kind of jelly or jam you may like
