  • 4 lices Thick of Bread your favorite kind
  • 8 Strips of Guava Paste sliced thinly*
  • 8 Strips of Parma Ham or prosciutto
  • goat cheese
  • 1 pear sliced thinly
  • A Handful of watercress
  • salt Pepper
  • honey for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Spread the goat cheese on top of the bread
  2. Add the ham, watercress, guava and pear
  3. Sprinkle some salt, pepper and honey if desired
  4. Enjoy!

Notes

  • *You may substitute the guava paste with any kind of jelly or jam you may like
