Ingredients
- 3 large sweet potatoes
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon corn starch
- 1/2 Teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into the size of fries (approximately 1/4" inch thick pieces).
- In a mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with the corn starch.
- Place the potatoes on parchment or foil lined baking sheets. Separate them out as much as possible so that they cook evenly.
- Drizzle with the olive oil. Mix the seasonings together in a small bowl and sprinkle over the potatoes.
- Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes (tossing them half way through the cook time) until the potatoes are cooked through and brown slightly.
- Gently toss; serve immediately.
