Oven-Roasted Corn on the Cob with Garlic Butter

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter softened
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 2 tsp fresh parsley finely chopped
- 4 ears of corn on the cob
- Sea Salt and Freshly Cracked Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Combine the softened butter with the minced garlic and chopped parsley. Set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the corn (still inside the husks) directly onto the oven rack. Roast for 30 minutes.
- Peel down the husks, then use them as a handle when eating (I trimmed mine down a bit).
- Serve slathered with the garlic butter, then season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste. Enjoy.
