Oven Roasted Spiced Sweet Potato Fries

Oven Roasted Spiced Sweet Potato Fries combine precut sweet potatoes tossed with olive oil and a blend of kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. After baking until tender and crisp on the edges, they are garnished with fresh chopped parsley. This recipe delivers flavorful fries that are easy to prepare and well-seasoned.

Description

The recipe uses sweet potato fries that are precut for convenience, coated evenly with olive oil and a spice mixture including kosher salt, fresh ground black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to provide subtle heat and smoky notes. Baking at 400 degrees F for about 25-30 minutes cooks the fries through and allows the edges to crisp without burning.

Serving the fries with fresh chopped parsley adds a fresh herbal contrast and a pop of color. These fries can accompany a variety of meals or be enjoyed as a snack with dips. Their seasoning highlights the natural sweetness of the potatoes balanced by savory spices.
