  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg yolk

First Dough

  • 2 tsp water
  • 25 gms sugar 1 oz
  • 200 gms flour 7 oz
  • 1 egg
  • 35 gms beurrage mixture 1 ¼ oz

Second Dough

  • DOUGH first dough
  • 2 egg
  • 100 gms sugar 3 ½ oz
  • 200 gms flour 7 oz
  • 1 tsp salt
