  • ½ teaspoon oregano dried
  • ¼ teaspoon thyme dried
  • ¼ teaspoon basil dried
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic or garlic granules, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper ground
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Salad

  • 4 to 5 cups romaine lettuce sliced
  • 2 tablespoons grape tomatoes halved lengthwise
  • tablespoons feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 3 to 4 thin slices red onion cut into rings
  • 8 kalamata olive black
  • 3 Pepperoncini
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

Dressing

  1. Combine all of the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together well.
  2. If you do not use all of it right away, store the remainder in a sealed container in the fridge.

Salad

  1. Place the lettuce in a bowl.
  2. Top with the rest of the salad ingredients.

Notes

  • The dressing can be made up to five days ahead and stored refrigerated in an airtight container.
  • Shake or whisk the dressing before use to remix separated ingredients.
