- 2 lbs tilapia fillets
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic parsley salt
- 1 tbsp oil spray oil

- In a small bowl, combine parmesan cheese, Panko crumbs and garlic parsley salt.
- Place tilapia in a baking dish, leaving space between each fillet.
- Top it off with the parmesan-panko mixture. Spray with oil.
