Parmesan Dressing

Indulge in the rich and zesty flavor of Parmesan Dressing. Perfect for salads, sandwiches, and drizzling over chicken and fish.

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup lemon juice about 1 large lemon
- 1 clove garlic finely minced
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
- 2 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp parsley optional, freshly chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix well until a delicious homologized dressing forms. I like to mix well for about one minute straight to crush the garlic a little better and force those ingredients together.
- Enjoy immediately over a bed of salad or use it for a marinade (see notes).
Notes
- ½
- This recipe makes 1 cup of dressing.
- If using this dressing for a marinade. I would use this recipe for every 1 ½ pounds of meat.
