This Parmesan Roasted Zucchini Recipe is easy to make and tastes great. Oven roasted zucchini with parmesan is the best side dish!

Ingredients
- 3 medium zucchinis
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Slice the zucchinis into 1/2 inch thick slices.
- Add the sliced zucchinis to a large bowl.
- Drizzle the olive oil on top of the zucchini and sprinkle the salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika on top of the zucchini.
- Toss the sliced zucchinis to coat them with the olive oil and the seasoning mixture.
- Place the zucchini in a single layer on a baking sheet (lined with foil).
- Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the zucchini is browned slightly.
- Remove the pan from the oven, serve while warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
