Ingredients
- 2 peaches I used white peaches, but any kind would do
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 2 tbsp rum
- 25 almonds blanched
- 200 ml heavy cream to whip with 1 tbsp of caster sugar
- 300 ml crema pasticcera
- pan di spagna cubed
