  • 1 Gluten Free Wrap rectangular
  • 3 – 4 tbsp Skippy Super Chunk peanut butter
  • ½ small banana finely sliced
  • maple syrup for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Place the wrap on a board and spread the peanut butter on evenly leaving a gap at either end (the width of your banana).
  2. Lay the banana slices in rows over the peanut butter.
  3. Drizzle a scant amount of maple syrup over the banana slices.
  4. Fold the short end of the wrap over the first row of banana slices and continue to tightly roll into a sausage.
  5. Cut the wrap into 4 even sections and secure each with a cocktail stick.
  6. Enjoy.
