  • 8 full graham crackers
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup jelly of your choice

Instructions

  1. Break graham crackers in half, along perforation.
  2. On 8 of the graham cracker halves, spread peanut butter.
  3. On the remaining 8 halves, spread jelly.
  4. Cover each peanut butter cracker with a jelly cracker.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use an equal number of crackers. Place your graham crackers on a cutting board and count exactly how many sandwiches you need and make sure you have an equal number of crackers.
  • Make them a cold, frozen treat by freezing them for a few hours before serving.
