Instructions
- Drain and rinse your can of beans and add them to your food processor, along with all remaining ingredients, starting with ¾ cup of almond flour. Process until fully combined, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Check the consistency of your mixture, if it feels too soft or too sticky to shape into balls, add the remaining ¼ cup of almond flour, and pulse to combine.
- Use a small cookie scoop or tablespoon to scoop the mixture and roll it into a half-inch ball. Place it on a sheet of parchment paper or plate and repeat with the remaining peanut butter mixture. You should get around 22 bliss balls.

Notes
- Store the balls at room temperature for 2-3 days, in the fridge for up to 5 days, or airtight in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- Use natural peanut butter where the only ingredient is peanuts, without added sugar or salt.
- If your nut butter is very drippy, you may need extra almond flour to get the consistency firm enough to roll.
- Roll your balls using damp hands to prevent the mixture from sticking to your hands and fingers.
