Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
Description
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Banana Bread combines mashed ripe bananas with smooth peanut butter, all incorporated into a batter with flour, cinnamon, sugars, and leavening agents. The addition of chocolate chips adds bursts of sweetness throughout the bread, complementing the nutty and fruity base. This bread uses mini loaf pans for portion control and quicker baking, producing a tender crumb with soft edges. Baking at a moderate temperature ensures even cooking and a moist interior. It can be served warm or cooled to room temperature for a snack or breakfast item.
