Peanut Butter Cup Creamer
Description
This creamer starts by gently warming half and half with peanut butter cup candies and peanut butter until fully melted and combined. After cooling slightly, the mixture is blended to create a smooth, creamy consistency without chunks. Stored in the refrigerator, the creamer becomes thick but will easily mix into hot coffee, softening and imparting a rich nutty and chocolate taste reminiscent of peanut butter cup candies.
The creamer is meant to be added to coffee as desired for a flavored cream enhancement, serving as an alternative to commercial coffee creamers when a peanut butter chocolate flavor is preferred.
Because it thickens when cold, it is best stirred into hot coffee so it dissolves smoothly. The recipe involves no preservatives, so it should be consumed within a reasonable time frame and kept refrigerated.

- 8 Peanut Butter Cup Candies regular sized, roughly chopped.
- 1 cup half and half

Notes
