Ingredients
- 2/3 cup (185 grams) low to non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup (90 grams) plain creamy peanut butter
- 1 medium banana
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) water
Instructions
- Place the yogurt, peanut butter, and banana in a blender or food processor.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy, slowly adding the water until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to desired food-safe silicone molds. Tap the molds to remove any excess air bubbles.
- Freeze the molds until the yogurt mixture is solid, 3 to 4 hours.
- Serve immediately after removing from freezer.
Notes
- Make sure the Greek yogurt and Peanut Butter contain no xylitol.
