  • 240 g 0% Fat Free Greek yogurt
  • 65 g peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Put all of the ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Mix well to combine everything.

Notes

  • Ensure the peanut butter is at room temperature for easier mixing. You can heat it in the microwave for 20 seconds to soften it too - just make sure it doesn't get hot otherwise it won't mix well with the yogurt.
  • Adjust the amount of honey or maple syrup based on your taste preference. You can even use a sugar substitute if you're watching your sugar intake.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Stir well before serving again.
