  • 2 Naan flatbread
  • olive oil for brushing
  • 8 oz Brie cheese rind removed and sliced
  • 2 pear thinly sliced, medium
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary chopped, fresh
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • salt to taste, Kosher salt
  • black pepper to taste, Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place the flatbread on a large baking sheet. If they don’t fit on one, you can use two baking sheets. Brush lightly with olive oil. Top evenly with brie, sliced pears, and rosemary.
  3. Place in the oven and bake for 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and drizzle the flatbreads with honey. Season with a little salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the flatbread into pieces and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Both naan flatbread and pita bread work well as the base.
  • This recipe yields about 8 appetizer-sized servings but can also serve as a light meal.
