Pickle Bloody Mary
Description
This Pickle Bloody Mary starts with mixing tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, black pepper, hot sauce, lime juice, and dill pickle juice. The mixture is whisked together and can be marinated in the refrigerator to meld flavors before vodka is added just before serving. The drink is poured over ice in glasses rimmed with salt or lemon pepper.
The cocktail is garnished with a variety of savory items, including crisp meat sticks, cubes of pepper jack cheese, cooked bacon strips, celery stalks, dill pickle spears, and mini bell peppers. These garnishes complement the drink's zesty, tangy character and add a satisfying bite.
The recipe suggests adjusting vodka amounts to taste since the strong flavors of tomato and pickle juice meld well with increased alcohol. Baking bacon at 400°F until crispy ensures the best texture for garnish.
