Ingredients

Servings
  • 24 puff pastry pickle bites click link for the recipe
  • 8 ounces frozen fried pickles
  • 10 ounces lemon garlic dill hummus
  • 8 ounces dill pickle chip dip
  • ½ cup spicy dill pickle dipping sauce
  • 6 ounces dill pickle cashews
  • 5 ounces dill pickle popcorn
  • 7.75 ounces dill pickle potato chips
  • 16 ounces dill snack pickles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the puff pastry pickle bites first. Follow the link provided above for the full recipe. It will take about 35 minutes to make the pickle bites. You can skip these, if you want to make the board quick and easy.
  2. Heat up the frozen fried pickles. You can air fry them at 400°F for 8-12 minutes, or bake them in a 400°F oven for 12-14 mintues.
  3. Assemble the board. Place the hummus in a bowl, the pickle dip in another bowl, and the spicy pickle dipping sauce in a third bowl. Arrange them around the outside edge of the board. Between the dips, add a bowl of the cashews and a bowl of the popcorn. Place a bowl in the middle of the board, and add the dill pickle potato chips. Arrange the fried pickles, pickle bites, and baby pickles around the bowls on the board.
