Ingredients

  • 500 gms all-purpose flour 4 cups
  • 200 gms sugar 1 cup
  • 5 egg
  • orange grated, zest of 1
  • 100 gms honey 1/3 cup
  • 50 ml water 1/4 cup
  • 100 gms almonds toasted and crushed, ¾ cup
  • Coloured sprinkles
  • vegetable oil for deep frying
