Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tsp ginger minced
- 1/2 cup onion Chopped
- 1/2 cup carrot Chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper Chopped
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1 1/2 cup pineapple, chopped Chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
- salt to taste
- 4 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1/4 cup green onions Chopped
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet on a medium flame. Add olive oil, ginger, garlic; saute for a minute.
- Add the onion and cook till the onions turn translucent. Add in the carrots and bell peppers. Cook for 3-4 minutes , add the green peas and pineapple. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Add the soy sauce, vinegar, white pepper, salt. Mix it.
- Add the cooked rice and toss them until well combined.
- Finally, add the green onions and transfer them to a plate and serve while it is still warm.
