Ingredients

  • 2 tomato peeled and seeded
  • 4 cloves garlic peeled
  • ½ cup olive oil extra virgin
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup basil packed, leaves
  • cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Peel and seed the tomatoes. Peel the garlic. Grate the cheese.
  2. Combine the garlic, oil, and a pinch of salt in a food processor and process until the garlic is finely chopped.
  3. Add the basil and peeled tomatoes and process until smooth.
  4. Pulse in the cheese and taste for seasoning.
