Pita Chips from Scratch

Turn those homemade pitas into chips!

Ingredients
- 4 whole pitas 8 halves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons coarse finishing salt
Instructions
- Preheat: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cut Pitas: Cut whole pitas in half and then split in half along the seam, cutting to fully separate the two pieces. Do with all pitas and then stack a couple of havles and cut into triangles.
- Season Pita Triangles: Line the baking sheet with pita triangles in one layer. Brush with olive oil and then sprinkle with Italian seasoning and salt.
- Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes until pita chips are browned, rotating the pan halfway through.
- Serve with your favorite dip or salsa or on their own!
