Pomegranate Martini. Stir or Shaken?
Description
The Pomegranate Martini mixes freshly squeezed lemon juice, pomegranate juice, vodka, and a homemade simple syrup made by simmering equal parts water and sugar until dissolved, then chilled. The cocktail mixture is stirred well and refrigerated until cold. Before serving, it is either shaken or stirred with crushed ice and strained into a martini glass without ice, maintaining clarity.
The garnishes of mint sprigs and fine lemon peel strips add a refreshing fragrance and a visual appeal, complementing the bright red color of the cocktail.
