- ¼ cup crème fraîche
- 3-4 ounces roe caviar
- potato chips
Instructions
- Top each potato chip with a small dollop of crème fraîche and a spoonful of caviar.
- Serve as needed
Notes
- Yup - I did it. This would "usually" be served with toast points, right? But why not add that extra salty, fatty flavor with the gourmet food?
