Pulled Pork Crescent Ring
Report
Leftover pulled pork, bacon, cheese and BBQ sauce wrapped into a crescent roll ring make this easy Pulled Pork Crescent Ring a delicious and easy dinner recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 tubs crescent rolls 8 oz each
- 2 cups pulled pork warmed
- ¼ cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded Colby jack cheese
- ½ cup bacon bits
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Arrange triangles on a 14 inch ungreased pizza pan with points toward the outside and wide ends overlapping at the center, leaving a 4 inch opening in the center. Press overlapping dough to seal.
- Spoon pulled pork evenly over the wide portion of the crescent rolls. Top with bbq sauce, cheese and bacon bits.
- Fold pointed ends of triangles over filling, tucking points under to form a ring. The filling will be visible.
- Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 13-15 minutes or until the crescents are golden brown.
Notes
- FRIDGE: Place leftover BBQ pulled pork ring into an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- FREEZER: Leftovers can be frozen for up to 2 months when stored in an airtight container or freezer bag. You can also build the crescent ring and leave it unbaked. Freeze on a pan and then, once frozen, wrap tightly in plastic wrap or foil. Freeze for up to 3 months and bake whenever you're ready!
