Pulled Pork Crescent Ring

Leftover pulled pork, bacon, cheese and BBQ sauce wrapped into a crescent roll ring make this easy Pulled Pork Crescent Ring a delicious and easy dinner recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 tubs crescent rolls 8 oz each
  • 2 cups pulled pork warmed
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Colby jack cheese
  • ½ cup bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Arrange triangles on a 14 inch ungreased pizza pan with points toward the outside and wide ends overlapping at the center, leaving a 4 inch opening in the center. Press overlapping dough to seal.
  3. Spoon pulled pork evenly over the wide portion of the crescent rolls. Top with bbq sauce, cheese and bacon bits.
  4. Fold pointed ends of triangles over filling, tucking points under to form a ring. The filling will be visible.
  5. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 13-15 minutes or until the crescents are golden brown.

Notes

  • FRIDGE: Place leftover BBQ pulled pork ring into an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • FREEZER: Leftovers can be frozen for up to 2 months when stored in an airtight container or freezer bag. You can also build the crescent ring and leave it unbaked. Freeze on a pan and then, once frozen, wrap tightly in plastic wrap or foil. Freeze for up to 3 months and bake whenever you're ready!
