- 2 large egg
- 1 cup milk or your preferred milk/milk alternative, whole
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups rolled oats old fashioned
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 7x11 inch (or 9x9 inch) baking dish with cooking spray.
