Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie blends frozen banana, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, almond butter, vanilla extract, and warm spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. The resulting drink is creamy, spiced, and rich in texture with a balanced sweetness and subtle nutty undertones. It offers a seasonal flavor reminiscent of pumpkin pie in a convenient smoothie form.

Description

This smoothie uses frozen banana and pumpkin puree as a base, combining them with Greek yogurt for creaminess and a dose of protein. Coconut milk adds a smooth texture with a hint of natural sweetness, while almond butter contributes richness and nutty flavor. Vanilla extract and warming spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, and optional pumpkin pie spice round out the profile.

Blending these ingredients at high speed produces a smooth, thick smoothie that carries recognizable pumpkin pie flavors in a drinkable form. The recipe allows adding maple syrup or honey for extra sweetness if desired.

This smoothie works well as a breakfast option or snack during the fall season. It is naturally creamy and flavorful without needing added sugars or complex steps.
