Quick and Easy Coconut Rice

This coconut rice is now going to be one of your go-to side dishes! Fluffed to perfection this rice is SO GOOD and is super easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 1 (14 ounces of canned) coconut milk
  • 1 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized sauce pan combine jasmine rice, coconut milk, water, sugar and salt.
  2. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low and cover for 12-14 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
