This delicious sandwich is served warm and toasty! It’s filled with eggs, ham, salami, and swiss cheese and will definitely satisfy the biggest appetites.

Ingredients
- 1 English Muffin
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 large egg
- 2 slices deli ham
- 1 slice Swiss cheese
- dill pickles
- pickled onions
- green veggies like arugula

Instructions
- Add oil to a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add an egg on one side and let it fry for a minute.
- In the empty space in the skillet, add deli ham, and top it with swiss cheese to let it melt.
- Flip your egg and cook the other side.
- Toast the English muffin, and spread with mustard.
- Top with the cheesy ham and the fried egg. Add pickles, pickled onions, and your favorite green. Serve and enjoy!
