This Raspberry Banana Chia Smoothie makes a great breakfast on-the-go or afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk vanilla or chocolate flavored
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup raspberries frozen
  • 1 banana frozen half
  • sweetener if desired, of choice, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine milk and chia seeds in blender. Let sit 5 minutes.
  2. Add raspberries and banana half; blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and add sweetener if desired.

Notes

  • I wanted to make this smoothie on the thin side, but if you want yours thicker, try using ¾ cup milk instead.
