Raspberry Poppyseed Dressing is a creamy homemade dressing that is a little bit sweet and a little bit tangy with added raspberries.

Ingredients
- ½ cup (109 g) vegetable oil
- ⅓ cup (67 g) granulated sugar
- ½ cup (119 g) white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon grated yellow onion
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- ½ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)
Instructions
- In a high-walled jar (we used a 1-quart mason jar), add oil, sugar, vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, yellow onion, poppy seeds, and raspberries. Process with an immersion blender* until smooth (about 30 seconds).
- Refrigerate for up to a week.
Notes
- *You can also use a blender.
