Ravioli Casserole

This easy, delicious ravioli casserole is like lasagna but better because you swap out the regular lasagna noodles for ravioli!

Ingredients
- 300 g of fresh or frozen ravioli of choice
- 1 serving Mediterranean-Inspired Tofu Crumble
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Zest of ½ a lemon
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 4 oz burrata cheese
- fresh basil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F and set aside a 9x6-inch casserole dish.
- Prepare all of the ingredients and set aside in separate bowls.
- Layer the ingredients in the casserole dish in the following order; marinara, ravioli, parmesan, marinara, tofu, marinara, lemon zest, tofu, marinara, ravioli, parmesan, lemon zest, and top it off with all of the burrata cheese. Make sure to break up the burrata and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25 - 28 minutes until golden. Broil for a couple minutes after the initial bake to properly brown the top.
- Garnish fresh basil and allow to cool slightly, then ENJOY!!!
